Delivered in partnership with Bottom Dwellers Freediving with over 8 years teaching experience in BC, our PFI Freediver course is designed to teach you the fundamental freediving skills to allow for enjoyment of the aquatic world to depths of 20m/66ft

Fundamental topics include:

• Essential safety procedures for beginner level breath-holding 

• Proper breathing techniques for freediving and snorkeling

• Equalization for depth diving

• Equipment for freediving and snorkeling

• The fundamental physics and physiology of freediving

Learn in small 1 instructor to 5 student ratios in one of the most thorough and comprehensive entry level Freediver Programs taught. Start your course early with an included self paced Online Equalization program and your PFI E-learning.

Work through 6 hours of Online Academic instruction live with your instructors via Zoom, building a strong base of freediving knowledge. Improve and perfect your freediving skill sets over 6 hours of Confined water and 5 hours of Open-Water training in these small course ratios with 2 freediving professionals.
